10 Rittenhouse Square Condos is a condominium high-rise under construction at 18th Street and Walnut in the Rittenhouse Square District of Downtown Center City Philadelphia. This luxury development will have 140 condos consisting of one-, two-, three-bedrooms and six 10,000 sf penthouses. Prices will start in the low $700,000s. The units will have  soaring 8.5′ to 12.5′ ceilings with massive window walls as well as hardwood floors and four-pipe heating and cooling systems. The kitchens will be decked out with Poggenpohl European cabinetry, granite countertops, Miele appliances, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.

The amenities at this prime Center City location include a spa and salon, fitness center, sundeck and pool, 24-hour concierge, uniformed doorman, ten year tax abatement

The expected completion date is September 2009.
